MEET OUR TEACHERS
BRITNEY (Geometry, Algebra2 & Trigonometry)
Britney is a rising junior at UCLA majoring in Applied Math with a Specialization in Computing. She has 5 years of experience tutoring and teaching. Before SIP, she taught a Physics course during a summer camp for K-6th graders, tutored her high school peers in STEM-related subjects, and interned in a high school Geometry classroom where she facilitated discussion and taught small lessons to students. Her experience with teaching inspires her to a career goal in mathematics of higher education.
REBEKAH (Chemistry)
Rebekah is a recent graduate from UC Irvine, having obtained her Bachelor’s in Biology and Education. She was a part of the CalTeach program at UCI and as a result had taught all ages (K-12) during her education at UCI. She is a California certified educator in Secondary Sciences, and received certification teaching high school sophomores on Integrated Sciences 2 at Northwood Highschool in the 2020-21 academic year. Currently, she is conducting research on rare genetic diseases with the Kimonis Lab at the UCI Medical Center.
STEPHANIE (Math G7 Common Core 2/3)
Stephanie is a rising senior at UCLA where she will receive a BA in Economics and a BS in Statistics in summer 2022. She was a Valedictorian of the 2019 graduating class at Terra Nova High School with a GPA of 4.7 and scored a total of 34/36 in her ACT test with a 35/36 on English and 36/36 on Math. Stephanie is highly regarded as a well-rounded student based on her academic achievements.
TRIFFANY (Head Teacher)
Triffany founded 360Academy as she is passionate about children and their education. She has been tutoring K-G12 since 1990. She is particularly interested in teaching Math and Science and aspired to assist children in achieving their academic goals. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from UC Berkeley and Master of Science degree in Financial Management from University of London. Triffany is a life member of California Scholarship Federation and has pronounced achievement in financial analytics.
